Once your claim has started to be reviewed, an AIG/Travel Guard claim adjuster will respond with a claim number and a request for additional information if needed. Unfortunately due to the unprecedented circumstances of covid-19 and the resulting historically high claim volume, claims are taking up to twelve weeks to review.
