Thank you. Once your claim has started to be reviewed, an AIG/Travel Guard claim adjuster will respond with a claim number and a request for additional information if needed.
Unfortunately due to the unprecedented circumstances of covid-19 and the resulting historically high claim volume, claims are taking up to twelve weeks to review. Because details vary significantly from case to case, AIG/Travel Guard has to thoroughly review each claim against the policy to identify available benefits. Thank you for your patience.

- Registration confirmation showing season or tournament dates and cost paid.
- If injury or illness, doctor's note with diagnosis and treatment date(s).
- Any additional documentation to support the claim.
